The problem, and how I solved it.
The challenge
Every motion-heavy site I started began with the same hour of setup: GSAP plugins, smooth scrolling, keeping the two in sync, reduced motion, and the cleanup rules that stop animations leaking between pages.
The approach
I packaged that setup as an npm initializer. Run npx create-gsap-starter-kit and you get a Next.js project with GSAP, ScrollTrigger and Lenis already connected and working.
A documented live demo shows each pattern, so people can see what they get before they install it.
